Arnold C. McCoy, 98, of Xenia, passed away Wednesday, May 13, 2015, at Hospice of Dayton. He was born September 14, 1916, the son of Wylie and Harriet Crawford McCoy. He was a member of Memorial United Presbyterian Church, and was a veteran of the United States Army, serving during World War II. He was a 1934 graduate of Central High School, Xenia, former member of Sertoma, and retired as a business manager for Ellis Motors and Ken Cole Ford. He is survived by two sons, Richard McCoy, Toledo, and Robert (Kimie) McCoy, Irvine, CA, a granddaughter, Kendra (Kyle) Lupton, Centerville, two great-grandchildren, Kinsey and Kora, by a niece and nephew, and by many close friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Betty W. McCoy, on June 2, 1991, and by a sister, Dorothy Scott. Arnold will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. Graveside services will be held at 11am, Saturday, May 16, at Woodland Cemetery, Xenia. Contributions may be made to Memorial United Presbyterian Church, 343 W.
