Barbara V. Woolard, 92, of Xenia, passed away Wednesday, January 5, 2022, at Soin Medical Center, Beavercreek. She was born June 17, 1929, in Spring Valley, Ohio, the daughter of Otto and Susie Clevenger Haines. She was a graduate of Spring Valley High School, and retired from D.P. & L. She was a former member of Spring Valley Friends Church, attended Bethel Community Church, and was a member of the Waynesville O.E.S., Chapter 107. She is survived by two daughters, Cathy Luttrell and Vicki Newton, of Xenia, grandchildren, Andrew Luttrell, Brian (Maria) Huss, and Amy (Kenny D.) Howard, great-grandchildren, Kaleb Anderson, Zachary Huss, Kyndall Howard, Tucker Howard, and Albreckt Howard, by several nieces and nephews, including a special niece, Jackie Haines Swanson, and a special great-nephew, Landon Swanson, and by many close friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Harry W. Woolard, on December 23, 2013, by two sisters, and by five brothers. Barb will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Services will be held at 11am, Tuesday, January 11, at Neeld Funeral Home, 1276 N. Detroit St., Xenia, with Pastor John Lockwood officiating. Visitation will be held from 10am Tuesday until service time. Burial will be in Spring Valley Cemetery.
