Bessie C. (Stamps) Harphant, 77, of Jamestown, passed away Saturday, Nov. 11, 2017, at her residence. She was born August 30, 1940, in Dayton, Ohio. Memorial services will be held at 1pm, Tuesday, November 21, at Liberty Worship Center, 1180 Upper Bellbrook Rd., Xenia. Private graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family in Clifton Cemetery. Condolences may be made to the family at
