Betty A. Morris, 94, of Xenia, passed away Thursday, August 7, 2025, at Dayspring of the Miami Valley, Fairborn.  She was born August 2, 1931, in Xenia, Ohio, the daughter of Chester and Mary Douthett Mallow. She was former owner of Buck's Meat Market and Mallows Orchard. She is survived by a daughter, Rebecca K. (Scott) Haman, three sons, Herbert W. (Alicia) Morris, Steven E. (Carol) Morris, and John R. Morris,grandchildren, Todd Morris, Allison Morris (James Rinehart), Lyssa (Nathan) Hamilton, Natalie (Jake) Eggers, Samantha (Chris) Watkins, Matthew (Cheyenne) Morris, Sarah (Jeremy) Ashley, and Timothy Morris, step-granddaughter, Heather Burrell, great-grandchildren, Jaxon Hamilton, Asher Hamilton, Beckett Hamilton, Riley Watkins, Jordyn Watkins, Aria Ashley, Tori Ashley, Charles Morris and Harper Morris, step-great-grandchildren, Austin Burrell, Brody Burrell, Cayden Burrell, and Madilynn Watkins, and by several nieces and nephews, and by many close friends. She is also survived by her special four-legged friend, Brutus. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Gerald Edwin Morris, on April 15, 2009, and by two brothers, Ralph Mallow and John Mallow. Graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family in Woodland Cemetery, Xenia.
