Bonnie Jean (Heinz) Weimer, 83, of Jamestown, formerly of Xenia, went Home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Wednesday, September 11, 2024, at her residence. She was born December 15, 1940, in Greene County, Ohio, the daughter of Floyd and Geneva DeVoe Heinz. She was a member of Faith Community United Methodist Church, and more recently attended the Port William United Methodist Church. She retired as an elementary school teacher with the Xenia Community Schools. She is survived by a daughter, Teresa L. Weimer, brothers, Ron Heinz, and Terry (Linda) Heinz, by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and by many close friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Wayne W. Weimer, on December 7, 1975, and by a sister, Sharon Heinz Beard. Bonnie will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Private services will be held by the family.
