Carl Elliott, 77, of Xenia, passed away Monday, June 20, 2022, at Kettering Medical Center. He was born April 2, 1945, in Oberlin, Ohio, the son of Noble and Alice (Pliske) Elliott. He was a member of the First Evangelical Lutheran Church and was formerly employed by Morris Bean & Company (17 yrs), Vernay Laboratories (18 yrs), and the Xenia Community Schools (6 yrs). He is survived by his wife, Carolyn (Shaw) Elliott, whom he married, June 4, 1966, a daughter, Melissa (Brian) Kelble, Dayton, two sisters-in-law, Donna Elliott, Heath, OH, and Dorothy "Dottie" Shaw, Xenia, a nephew, Darren (Lori) Elliott, Newark, and by many close friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, and by a brother, James Elliott.  Carl will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. Services will be held at 11am, Thursday, June 23, at the First Evangelical Lutheran Church, Xenia, with Rev. William Schwochow officiating. Visitation will be held from 10am Thursday, until service time. Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery, Xenia.
