Charles Louis Baudendistel, 89, of Xenia, went to be with the Lord on Friday November 7, 2014. He was born May 21, 1925 in Batavia, Ohio, the son of Otto and Edith Emmons Baudendistel. He was a member of St. Brigid Church and retired as an inspector with Delco Products in 1985. He is survived by his wife, Verda Rozella (Randall) Baudendistel, whom he married, March 30, 1946, by three daughters and a son, Carolyn (Tim) Wolf, Nancy (Mike) Murray, all of Xenia, Ronald (Ronda) Baudendistel, Beavercreek, and Jean (Tom) Belvo, Miamisburg, seven grandchildren, Douglas (Katie) Murray, Kent Wolf, Travis (Emma Lee) Wolf, Kris Baudendistel, Lori Baudendistel, Clint Wolf, and Juliy (Adam) Moore, eleven great-grandchildren, Amber (Tony) Keidel, Candy Murray, Bayle Wolf, Chayse Wolf, Jaycob Wolf, Kourtney Wolf, Zoe Bowman, Douglas Murray, Kade Wolf, Ayden Wolf and Kara Wolf, a great-great-granddaughter, Hayle Keidel, a sister Margaret Williams, by several nieces and nephews, and by many close friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, five sisters, Marie Peterson, Catherine Heitman, Carrie Sibert, Ada Stadtmiller, and Rose Mary Manor, and by two brothers, John Baudendistel and Ralph Baudendistel. A Mass of Catholic Burial will be held at 11am Thursday November 13 at St. Brigid Church 312 Fairground Rd, Xenia, with Father John Krumm officiating. Visitation will be held from 6-8pm Wednesday November 12 at Neeld Funeral Home 1276 N. Detroit St, Xenia. Burial will be in St. Brigid Cemetery.
