Charles "Chuck" Richard Myers, age 82, passed away peacefully on Monday, October 24, 2022 at home surrounded by his loving family.  He was born September 6, 1940, the son of Richard "Dick" and Alice (Kemmer) Myers. He graduated from Xenia High School in 1959 where he met and married the love of his life Brenda Ann (Kesler) Myers. Chuck served his country in the United States Navy from August 1959 to August 1963. He then spent 30 years in sales serving family and friends in the new and used car business. Chuck also worked as an Estate Supervisor in Fairfax, Va. which he enjoyed very much. He finally retired after driving a school bus for Greenview and Xenia City Schools where he was much liked by both students and staff. Chuck was best known for his love of family, friends and his two Golden Retrievers (Sammie & Annie Mae). When not working, he could be often found bowling, golfing or coaching baseball which he loved dearly. He was a wonderful mentor to so many kids in the Xenia area who were fortunate enough to compete on the many successful baseball teams that he coached. Chuck's selfless service and just plain love of people continued to keep him happy and active till the end of his days and he will surely be missed by those who were lucky enough to have known him. He is survived by his loving wife Brenda of 62 years. His children Catharine Myers and Christine Wallen of Xenia. His son Andrew (Liz) Myers of Jamestown. Grandchildren Raymond and Danielle (Mulcahy), Justin and Samantha (Wallen) and Benjamin Andrew (Myers). Great grandchildren Lily Ann, Arrianna and Corbin (Wallen). Internment will be at Woodland Cemetery, 282 Dayton Ave., Xenia, Ohio, 45385. In lieu of donations, memorial contributions can be made to Golden Retrievers In Need. P.O.
