Charles Dale Penquite, 92, of Xenia, went Home to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Tuesday, September 14, 2021, at Soin Medical Center. He was born September 4, 1929, in Clarksville, Ohio, the son of Charles O. and Emma Sewell Penquite. He was a member of Shawnee Hills Baptist Church, Jamestown, and was a veteran of the United States Army, serving in the Korean War. He retired from General Motors – Frigidaire. He is survived by his wife, Charlotte Penquite, whom he married, June 25, 1956, children, Sharon Penquite, Kennesaw, GA, and Jonathan Penquite, West Milton, grandchildren, Daniel (Bethany) Hickman, Becca (Bradley) Eiras, and Grace Ann Penquite,  great-grandchildren, Wesley and Simon, and by many close friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, and by a daughter, Landa Hickman. Dale will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. Graveside services will be held at 12 noon, Thursday, September 23, in Clarksville Cemetery, Clarksville, Ohio.  A celebration of Dale's life will be held in the next months at Shawnee Hills.
