Christine R. Caudill, 89, of Xenia, went Home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Monday, May 18, 2026, at Legacy Village Assisted Living. She was born December 27, 1936, in Oil Springs, Kentucky, the daughter of Mitchell and Emma Stapleton Price. She loved her family with all her heart and always wanted to be around them. She always made everyone feel welcome and well-fed. Yeast rolls and chocolate pies were her specialty. She is survived by a daughter, Dianne (Joel) Hundley, a son, Brian (Kim) Caudill, a daughter-in-law, Connie Whitson, grandchildren, Scott (Amy) Caudill, Brandi (Brandon) Gilbert, Nicole (Jeff) Heiny, Brad (Sarah) Hundley, Christopher (Stephanie) Caudill, and Elizabeth (Josh) Brewer, great-grandchildren, Kayelee (Justin) Rice, Riley Caudill, Danielle Heiny, Dylan Heiny, Kelsie Heiny, Gracie Hundley, Ava Hundley, Lake (Aubrey) Gilbert, Drake Gilbert, Jase Caudill, Emory Caudill, a great-great-granddaughter, Maisie Rice, two sisters, Blanche (Bob) Wheeler and Janet Shearer, a brother, John (Judy) Price, a sister-in-law, Bonnie Price, by several nieces and nephews, and by many close friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Emory Caudill, a son, Randall Scott Caudill, two sisters, Neeka Penix and Roberta Nickerson, and a brother, Neil Price. Chris will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Services will be held at 11am, Friday, May 29, at Neeld Funeral Home, 1276 N. Detroit St., Xenia. Visitation will be held from 10am Friday until service time. Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery, Xenia. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton in her memory.
