Obituary

Clifford L. Blow, 79, of Xenia, passed away Friday, May 13, 2022, at his residence. He was born February 11, 1943, in Dania, Florida, the son of Thomas and Emma Heath Blow. He was a veteran of the United States Navy, and after service, he worked as a field systems engineer. He attended Calvary Baptist Church. Cliff is survived by his wife Carolyn J. Blow, whom he married November 23, 1967, his children C.A. Patterson, Caryn (Charles) Donly, Carl (Christina) Blow and Craig (Kimchi) Blow, eight grandchildren, a great-grandson, a brother Jim (Evelyn) Blow, a sister Glenda (Bill) Maynard, several nieces and nephews, and many close friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers Wesley and Kenny. Cliff loved the Lord and was always willing to serve. He taught in Sunday schools, church camps and the after school Good News Club. He has co-led Royal Rangers and a 4-H club and was a member of the Community Emergency Response Team. Cliff will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. Visitation will be held from 6-8pm, Wednesday, May 25, at Calvary Baptist Church, 1601 W. Second St., Xenia. Services will be held at 10am, Thursday, May 26, at the church with Pastor David L. Conrad officiating.  Burial will follow the service in Woodland Cemetery, Xenia. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Child Evangelism Fellowship of the Miami Valley, 3626 N. Main St., Dayton, OH, 45405, in his memory.
