David Wendell Hook, 74, of Xenia, passed away Thursday, January 16, 2025, at Ohio's Hospice of Dayton. He was born April 19, 1950, in Xenia, Ohio, the son of Oliver Wendell Hook, Jr. and Naoma Moore. He is survived by a sister, Debbie (Mitchell) Caskey, a brother, Don Hook, by several nieces and nephews, and by many close friends. David loved being outdoors. He loved fishing and hunting in his early days. He had a passion for arrowhead hunting and early Native American history. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
