Deloris "Dee" Jean Fugate, 77, of Springboro, passed away Tuesday, January 18, 2022, at Ohio's Hospice of Dayton. She was born March 30, 1944, in West Liberty, Kentucky, the daughter of Roger and Gladys (Lykins) Lykins. She is survived by her husband, Wayne A. Fugate, whom she married June 1, 1979, step-children, Annie (Chet) Hannah, Mississippi, Tammy Fugate, Germantown, Wendy (Tim) Fleck, Elkhart, IN, and Duane (Loretta) Fugate, Tennessee, nine grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, a sister, Ruth Brown, Grand Rapids, MI, a brother, Joe (Lois) Lykins, Hazel Green, KY, a sister-in-law, Sandy McCaw, and a brother-in-law, Joseph (Shirley) Fugate, of Springfield, by several nieces and nephews, and by many close friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, and by a step-daughter, Sherri Lynn Fugate. Dee will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.  Graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family in Woodland Cemetery, Xenia.
