Dolores Faye Handwerker, 82, of Xenia, formerly of Albany, Kentucky, passed away Wednesday, August 10, 2016, at Hospitality Center for Rehab and Wellness. She was born August 24, 1933, in Ambridge, Pennsylvania, the daughter of James and Georgia Butcher Goodall. She is survived by her children, Benny L. Hodge, Wewahitchka, FL, Keith A. (Kathryn) Handwerker, Wilmington, Teresa Cornell, Albany, KY, Crystal Hocfbaum, Medway, Leslie (Joseph) Hartley, Wewahitchka, FL, 12 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, a sister, Rita Callison, Albany, KY, two brothers, James (Freda) Goodall, Troy, and Dr. Thomas (Sharon) Goodall, Centerville, a sister-in-law, Sue Goodall, Tipp City, many nieces and nephews, and by many close friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Charles Edward Handerker, on May 2, 2005, a daughter, Marcella Fuller, two sons, James Hodge and George Hodge, and by a brother, Warren Goodall. Services will be held at 2pm, Sunday, August 14, at Talbott Funeral Home, 1106 N. Cross St., Albany, KY, with Brother Bobby Sexton officiating. Visitation will be held from 1pm Sunday until service time at the funeral home. Burial will be in Peolia Cemetery. Contributions may be made to a favorite charity in her memory.
