Frances L. Newcomer, 85, of Xenia, passed away Sunday, June 18, 2017, at Elmcroft of Washington Township. She was born February 29, 1932, in Dayton, Ohio, the daughter of Fred and Louise Terry Hilsheimer. She was a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church, and retired as a library aide with the Xenia Community Schools. She is survived by four children; a daughter, Rhonda Bolivar, three sons, Rick Newcomer, Jeff Newcomer, and Larry Newcomer, 7 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, a sister, Terry (Dave) Nicholson, by several nieces and nephews, and by many close friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, and by her husband, Ronald F. Newcomer, on March 14, 2013. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family in Valley View Memorial Gardens.
