Geneva
Wyatt
November 27, 1933 – March 15, 2025
On Saturday March 15, 2025 our mom and mamaw, Geneva Wyatt, 91, of Xenia, gained her wings at Xenia Health and Rehab. She was born November 27, 1933, in Crossville, Tennessee, the daughter of Deet and Vina Hedgecoth Adams. She is survived by two daughters, Karen (Larry) Hamilton, and Donna (Duane) Griffith, three sons, Tony (Sharon) Perry, Randy (Joan Hammond) Wyatt, and Steve (Barb) Adams, six grandchildren, Larren (Jessica Lee) Hamilton, Ryan Hamilton, Cory (Kelly) Hamilton, Joey Hammond, Kandyce (Joey Jones) Wyatt, Lydia (Derek) Guenther and Wyatt Griffith, five great-grandchildren, Natalie, Michael "Bub", Landon, Ryder, and Oakley, several nieces and nephews, and by many close friends. Mom had a special friend who we know welcomed her into heaven Sis. Jonda Palmer. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Carmon Wyatt on July 10, 1997, by three sisters, and by three brothers. Mom was a devoted Christian and a member of Trinity Christian Assembly in Beavercreek. Her faith in God never wavered and she instilled that faith and love on her children and grandchildren. She was an example of love, compassion and faith.
She showed her love through cooking for her family and one meal in particular - her biscuits and gravy were the absolute best!
Mom loved unconditionally and her love never failed up until she took her last breath. She was selfless and would give you her last dollar or make you food anytime.
To say she will be greatly missed is an understatement, she leaves a void in our hearts that can't be filled until we meet again and can stroll over heaven with her.
The family would like to thank special care givers Megan, Mandy, Bubbie, Fawn, Jessica & Suzie and especially Erin Eavers.
Please join us in remembering our mom and mamaw, services will be held at 11am Friday, March 28, at Neeld Funeral Home, 1276 N. Detroit St., Xenia, with Pastor William Rowe officiating. Visitation will be held from 10am, Friday, until service time. Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery, Xenia. Condolences may be made to the family at www.NeeldFuneralHome.com.
