Geraldine E. Williamson, 92, of Xenia, passed away Saturday, September 16, 2017, at Greenewood Manor. She was born September 18, 1924, in Gobles, Michigan, the daughter of Fred and Juliette Sanford Hill. She was a member of Memorial United Presbyterian Church, where she served as the secretary of the Women's Circle for many years, the Homemakers Club, Farm Bureau, and many other local clubs and organizations. She is survived by a daughter, Carol Dunn, two sons, Thomas D. (Dianna) Williamson, and James F. (Donna) Williamson, all of Xenia, five grandchildren, Christopher (Melissa) Williamson, Amy R. (Brian) Brown, Jeffrey (Carol) Dunn, Matthew J. (Sara) Williamson, and Adam J. (Brigid) Williamson, 9 great-grandchildren, by several nieces and nephews, and by many close friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Clarence F. Williamson, on May 7, 2000, and by a sister, Fredora Glover. Geraldine will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Private graveside services will be held by the family in Mt. Zion Park Cemetery, Beavercreek, with Rev. Kelley W. Shin officiating. There will be no visitation.
