Gladys V. Pitstick, 93, of Cedarville, Ohio, passed away Thursday, December 30, 2021, at Miami Valley South Hospital. She was born May 8, 1928, in Blackwater, Virginia, the daughter of Logan and Beckyann Lawson Willis. She is survived by her husband, James "Jim" Pitstick, a daughter-in-law, Pamela Pitstick, a son-in-law, David Purdin, five grandchildren, Amy (Greg) Grooms, Brian (Candice) Purdin, Chad (Jennifer) Pitstick, Brigham Pitstick, and Natasha (AJ) Wildermuth, ten great-grandchildren, Josie, Owen, and Noah Grooms, Kaylynn and Kiley Kenekham, Brody and Karley Pitstick, and Reecie, and Ava and Gretchen Wildermuth, a sister, Bettyann Childers, by several nieces and nephews, and by many close friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter, Sandra K. Purdin, a son, Wayne Pitstick, and by five brothers. Gladys will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family in North Cemetery, Cedarville. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to a favorite charity in her memory.
