Helen Marie Barbeck, 92, of Centerville, formerly of Xenia, passed away Wednesday, October 4, 2017, at St. Leonard Franciscan Living Community. She was born December 12, 1924, in Richmond, Virginia, the daughter of Paul and Edna Cavedo Cahen. She was a member of St. Brigid Church. She is survived by three daughters, Pamela (Gregory) Hagerman, Leesburg, VA, Patricia A. (Rodger) Laux, Dayton, and Caryl (James) Radley, Xenia, a granddaughter, Sarah (Michael) Orlando, Houston, TX, a niece, Gaylyn Lloyd, Manakin-Sabot, VA, and by many close friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Frederick S. Barbeck, on December 22, 1997, and by a brother, Paul Cahen. Helen will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family in St. Brigid Cemetery.
