Helen Marie Swayne, 73, of Xenia, passed away Tuesday, February 23, 2016, at her residence. She was born May 15, 1942, in Fayetteville, West Virginia, the daughter of Lee Elzie and Annie Sanford Lancaster. She is survived by three daughters, Michele B. Swayne, and Melissa Ann (Edward) Walker, of Xenia, and Misty Marie (David) Miller, New Jersey, a son, Louis C. (Brooke) Swayne, II, Jacksonville, FL., 6 grandchildren, Lauren Marie Walker, Rachel Alex Walker, Leigha Michele Miller, Aidan Louis Swayne, Gabriel Louis Swayne, and Katherine Grace Swayne, a sister, Barbara Jean (John) Allen, Morrow, OH, a brother, Michael Lancaster, Xenia, by several nieces and nephews, and by many close friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Louis C. Swayne, on July 16, 2003, and by a sister, Grace Cochran.  Graveside services will be held at 2pm, Friday, February 26, at Valley View Memorial Gardens. There will be no visitation.
