Henry Campbell, 80, of Xenia, passed away Sunday, October 26, 2014, at Kettering Medical Center. He was born October 30, 1933, in Perry County, Kentucky, the son of Elijah and Cynthia Grigsby Campbell. He was a former member of the Xenia Church of Christ, and was a veteran of the United States Army, serving for 10 ½ years. He retired from Chrysler Airtemp after 31 years of employment. He is survived by his wife, Gladys (Stidham) Campbell, whom he married, December 15, 1962, a daughter, Pamela (Tony) Matson, a son, Michael Campbell (Lisa Kay Middleton), all of Xenia, two grandchildren, Josh Campbell, Fairborn, and Amanda Matson, Xenia, two sisters, Mary Burnett, Corbin, KY, and Carrie Colwell, Indiana, a brother, Denver (Sue) Campbell, Cookesville, TN, by several nieces and nephews, and by many close friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, by two sisters, Ruby Adams and Ruth Feltner, and by three brothers, Herman, Roger, and Raymond Campbell. Henry enjoyed gardening, fishing, and hunting, and spending time with family and friends, and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. Visitation will be held from 9:30-11am, Friday, October 31, at Neeld Funeral Home, 1276 N. Detroit St., Xenia. Graveside services will follow the visitation at Woodland Cemetery, Xenia, with Rev.
