Howard Clifford Taylor, 82, of Alexandria, Virginia, passed away October 14, 2020. He was born January 2, 1938, in Greenville, Ohio, the son of Howard E. and Bertha Elizabeth Bales Taylor. He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by many close family and friends.
