James Howard Frame, 91, of Xenia, passed away, Tuesday, January 6, 2015, at Elmcroft of Xenia. He was born December 24, 1923, in Greene County, Ohio, the son of Thomas B. and Maude Corn Frame. He was a United States veteran, serving during World War II. He is survived by a brother, George Frame, Florida. He was preceded in death by his parents, and by his wife, Velma (Bailey) Frame, on October 5, 2013, by three sisters, Bernice DeForge, Geraldine Rudick, and Phyllis Burns, and by a brother, Robert Frame.
