James E. Neff, 82, of Xenia, went Home to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Tuesday, February 4, 2025. He was born December 12, 1942, in Xenia, Ohio, the son of Carl and Betty Smith Neff. He was a 1964 graduate of Xenia High School, a veteran of the United States Army, and was a member of Xenia Grace Chapel. He retired from Delco Products and worked part time at Neeld Funeral Home for over 10 years. He is survived by his wife, Dolores Jane (Mustard) Neff, whom he married, May 12, 1966, three daughters, Amy Jo (Mark) Hammond, Heidi R. (Jack) King, and Sarah Lynn Neff, 9 grandchildren, Megan Delaney, Micah King, Mekayli Hammond, Molly King, Maitreya Satterfield, Marcus King, Ava Adkins, KrisilLynn Neff and Trendon Neff, 3 great-grandchilidren, Peyton, Kinsley, and Parker, a sister, Jane Ellison, a sister-in-law, Ann Neff, Xenia, by several nieces and nephews, and by many close friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, and by two brothers, his twin, Robert Neff and Richard Neff. Jim will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. Services will be held at 11am, Monday, February 17, at Xenia Grace Chapel, with Pastor Dan Jordan officiating. Visitation will be held from 10am Monday, until service time. Private burial will be held by the family. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN, 38105-9959, or to Wounded Warrior Project, P.O.
