Jessie J. Gee, 85, of Xenia, passed away Saturday, June 30, 2018, at Ohio's Hospice of Dayton. He was born October 13, 1932, in Carter County, Kentucky, the son of Eva (Barker) and Charles Gee. He retired from Whirlpool in Clyde, Ohio many years ago. Jessie was an avid fisherman and gardener. He kept the neighborhood supplied with fish and vegetables. He is survived a daughter, Judy (Russ) Soper, Fremont, two sons, Kirk Gee, Toledo, and Jeff (Debbie) Gee, Michigan, many grandchildren and great-grandchildren and best friends Diane McCauley and fishing buddy, Bill Brown, Xenia, and by many close friends.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty, sons, Joseph Gee and James Gee. Jessie will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. Services will be held at 11am, Thursday, July 5, at Neeld Funeral Home, 1276 N. Detroit St., Xenia. Visitation will be held from 10am Thursday until service time. Burial will be in Valley View Memorial Gardens.
