John J. Beaty, Jr., 68, of Bellbrook, formerly of Pennsylvania, passed away Friday, January 12, 2018, at Ohio's Hospice of Dayton. He was born March 27, 1949, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, the son of John J. and Mary Joan McDonald Beaty.  He was a graduate of Wheeling Jesuit University and retired from Pepsico. He is survived by a daughter, Kim (Todd) McManus, Xenia, a son, Ian Beaty, Fairfax, VA, grandchildren, Haley and Gavin, five brothers, Kevin Beaty, Patrick Beaty, Brian Beaty, Terrence Beaty, and Raymond Beaty, by several nieces and nephews, and by many close friends. A memorial visitation will be held from 5-7pm Thursday, January 18, at Neeld Funeral Home, 1276 N. Detroit St., Xenia. Memorial graveside services will be held by the family in Pennsylvania.
