Joseph E. Donovan, 68, of Xenia, passed away Wednesday, January 31, 2018, at Ohio's Hospice of Dayton. He was born July 19, 1949, in Dayton Ohio, the son of Bernard Leroy and Margene Dunham Donovan. He was a 1967 graduate of Carroll High School, and was a member of St. Brigid Church. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force, serving in the Vietnam War. He is survived by two sisters, Joan Donovan, Xenia, and Ann (Mitchell) Williams, Englewood, two brothers, Stephen Donovan, North Royalton, and Mark Donovan, Wilmington, a niece, Devon Williams (Michael Patton), a nephew, Alexander Williams, and by many close friends. Joe will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. There will be no visitation. Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery, Xenia.
