Juanita Jean Mangan, 99, of Jamestown, passed away Friday, February 27, 2026, at her residence. She was born September 7, 1926, in Greene County, Ohio, the daughter of Benjamin and Naomi Carter Webster. She was a member of St. Brigid Church. She is survived by a daughter, Lisa (Gary) Borst, four sons, Larry (Nancy) Mangan, Danny Mangan, and Ronnie (Debbie) Mangan, and Tony Mangan (Maryann Chaffin), 13 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, 5 great-great-grandchildren, a sister, Omalee Fent, by several nieces and nephews, and by many close friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Kenneth R. Mangan, a sister, Dorothy "Dot" Howe, and by two brothers, Don Webster and Lloyd Webster. Jean will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Private services will be held by the family in Silvercreek Township Cemetery.
