Kathrine L. Mullins, 100, of Xenia, passed away May 3,2022. She was born March 30, 1922 in Atlanta Georgia. The daughter of Miles and Pauline (Billingsly) Wright and granddaughter of Jenny Billingsly. She is survived by her children Marcia (Larry) Mullins, Pound, VA., Virginia (Bob) Stiffler,Wilmington, Ted (Karen) Mullins, Xenia, Shelby (Dow) Reichley, Xenia, Kyletta Dyer, Lula, GA., twelve Grandchildren, many Great-grandchildren, and many Great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her grandmother, parents, husband Kyle Mullins, daughter, Bonnie Kennedy, son Nick Mullins and sister, Joyce Mooney. She will be remembered for her sense of humor and many stories. Her generosity and kindness were never ending. She always had and extra place at her table for anyone who happened to be around at mealtime and there were many. She was known for having her own language which was referred to as "Mullinese" and family and friends who knew her well all came to understand and love her mixed up words. She loved to camp with friends and later in life she enjoyed travel outside of the country. She had a light and kindness that people recognized and were drawn to immediately. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her kind heart. Services will be held at 11am, Saturday, May 14, at Neeld Funeral Home, 1276 N. Detroit St., Xenia. Visitation will be held from 10am Saturday, until service time. Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery, Xenia.
