Kathy Jo (Pagett) Smith, 70, of Xenia, passed away Friday February 9th 2024 . She was born November 9, 1953, in Xenia, Ohio, the daughter of Eugene "Gene" and Barbara Jean Wells Pagett. She was a 1972 graduate of Xenia High School, and had an associate degree from Eastern Kentucky University. She was a former member of Xenia United Presbyterian Church, and retired as an office manager with Boike Chiropractic. She is survived by her husband, Dr. James A. Smith, a daughter, Telcie Jo (Michael) Pincelli, Hilton, NY, a son, J.T. (Kali) Smith, Centerville, OH, three grandchildren, two brothers, Rocky Pagett and Barry  (Shari) Pagett, a sister, Denise Pagett, all of Xenia, OH, by several nieces and nephews, and by many close friends. She was preceded in death by her mother, father, and by a sister, Debra Jean Pagett-Gleason. Kathy will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
