Mabel Ruth (Conkel) Sibley, 92, of Xenia, passed away Tuesday, August 27, 2024, at Xenia Health and Rehab. She was born November 3, 1931, in Scioto County, Ohio, the daughter of Virgil and Desma Hickman Conkel. She is survived by a daughter, Beverly Sue Sibley, a brother, LeRoy Conkel, by several nieces and nephews, and by many close friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Ray Sibley, a son, William E. (Sue) Sibley, by four sisters, and by two brothers. Mabel will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Services will be held at 11am, Wednesday, September 4, at Neeld Funeral Home, 1276 N. Detroit St., Xenia. Visitation will be held from 10am Wednesday until service time.  Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery, Xenia.
