Martha J. White, 81, of Miamisburg, formerly of Xenia, went home to be with her Savior, Wednesday afternoon, March 17, 2010, at Hospice of Dayton. She was born August 23, 1928, in Xenia, the daughter of Pearl W. and Helen R. Rockafield Murrell. She was a member of First Baptist Church, Xenia, and was a former supervisor with Ohio Bell Telephone Co. She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Bridgette White (Steven) Swigart, Springboro, a son, Dale L. White, Dayton, two grandchildren, Stephanie Noel Swigart and Alexandria Nicole Swigart, both of Springboro, a sister, Mary Rector, Xenia, and by numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Kenneth E. White, on October 29, 2006, and by four brothers, Dwight Murrell, William Dale Murrell, Garland Murrell, and Roger Lee Murrell. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Services will be held at 10am, Saturday, March 20, 2010, at Neeld Funeral Home, 1276 N. Detroit St., Xenia, with Rev. E. M. Wardle officiating. Visitation will be held from 9am Saturday until service time. Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery, Xenia.
