Mary A. Cole, 94, of Centerville, formerly of Beavercreek, passed away Tuesday, May 5, 2015, at Brighton Gardens. She was born November 28, 1920, in Karitsa, Greece, the daughter of Charles M. and Angeliki Kontos Malavazos. She was a member of the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church, Dayton. She is survived by a brother, James D. Malavazos, Centerville, two nieces, Michelle Murphy, Troy, and Cherylle Malavazos, Palm Desert, CA, a nephew, Mark Malavazos, London, OH, and by many close extended family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Kenneth L. Cole, Sr., on November 11, 2006, a sister, Katharine M. Kohn, a brother, Nicholas "Nick" Malavazos, and by a nephew, Charles E. "Chuck" Malavazos. Mary will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Private services will be held by the family in Woodland Cemetery, Xenia.
