Mary E. Good, 92, of Dayton, formerly of Xenia, passed away Saturday, July 18, 2015, at Trinity Community of Beavercreek. She was born January 28, 1923, in Dayton, Ohio, the daughter of Joseph and Geneva Lehman Johnston. She was a member of Ascension Catholic Church, Kettering, and formerly worked at Ohio Bell Telephone and retired from Bell South in 1976. She is survived by two sisters, Dorothy Elmore and Marjorie Wiechers, of Dayton, by several nieces and nephews, and by many close friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Emmitt L. Good, on September 6, 1992, by a daughter, Rachel Mary Good, and by three brothers, Joseph Johnston, Raymond Johnston, and Thomas Johnston. Mary will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10am, Thursday, July 23, at St. Brigid Church, 312 Fairground Rd., Xenia, with Rev. John Krumm officiating. There will be no visitation. Burial will be in St. Brigid Cemetery.
