"Mary" Marlene Labig, 72, of Xenia, went Home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Thursday, February 22, 2024. She was born January 30, 1952, in Dayton, Ohio, the daughter of Edward and Mary Wells Bauer. She attended New Community Church, Xenia, and with her husband operated Labig Chiropractic in Xenia, for over 47 years. She is survived by her husband, Dr. Blair Labig, whom she married, July 8, 1972, her children, Erica Hill, John Labig, Phillip Labig, Mark (Becca) Labig, and Alison (Tyler) Kettering, seven grandchildren, a sister, Martha Herman, four brothers, Tom (Karen) Bauer, Lonnie (Neda) Bauer, Rick (Donna) Bauer, and Brian (Becky) Bauer, a sister-in-law, Linda (John) Beam, two brothers-in-law, Michael (Wava) Labig, and Robert (Joyce) Labig, by numerous nieces and nephews, and by many close friends. She was preceded in death by her parents. Marlene will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. A Celebration of Marlene's Life will be held at 11am, Saturday, April 6, at Emmanuel Baptist Church.
