Merrill Ray Foiles, 65, of Xenia, passed away Tuesday, April 29, 2025. He was born September 21, 1959, in Kankakee, Illinois, the son of Eugene and Cynthia Janet Storer Foiles. He was a former member of Westminster Presbyterian Church, a 1978 graduate of Xenia High School, and was a graduate of Wright State University. He is survived by a brother, Marshall (Michaele) Foiles, and by two nephews, Taylor and Matthew (Jessica). He was preceded in death by his parents. Private services will be held by the family.
