Michael H. Fowler, 57, of Beavercreek, passed away Wednesday, June 21, 2017, at Kettering Medical Center. He was born June 26, 1959, in Greene County, Ohio, the son of Harold E. and Virginia Smith Fowler. He was a 1977 graduate of Xenia High School, and was a veteran of the United States Navy. He retired from the Department of Defense, WPAFB. He is survived by his mother, Virginia "Ginny" Fowler, Xenia, a son Kris Fowler, Beavercreek, a sister, Marsha Cly, Ft. Wayne, IN, a brother, Mark (Sonya) Fowler, Xenia, nieces and a nephew, Rachel Fowler and Heather Fowler, Xenia, and Brooklyn Cly, and Geoffrey Cly, of Ft. Wayne, IN, and by many close friends. He was preceded in death by his father.  Memorial services will be held at 11:30am, Friday, July 14, at Faith Community United Methodist Church, 100 Country Club Dr., Xenia, with Rev. Rick Tettau officiating. Visitation will be held from 10am Friday, until service time at the church. Private graveside services will be held in Woodland Cemetery, Xenia.
