Mildred J. Jacobs, 93, of Jamestown, passed away Saturday, December 20, 2014, at Liberty Nursing Center. She was born August 11, 1921, in Caesarcreek Township, Ohio, the daughter of Sam and Bertha Baynard Bone. She was a member of Paintersville United Methodist Church. She is survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and by many close friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, J. Martin Jacobs, on December 26, 2007, four sisters, Mary Johnson, Jessie Parks, Alma Wilson, and Suzanna Guthrie, and by four brothers, Roy Bone, Lawrence Bone, Paul Bone, and Tom Bone. Graveside services will be held at 11am, Tuesday, December 23, at New Maple Grove Cemetery, Port William, with Rev. Clarence Dinnen officiating. There will be no visitation.
