Obituary

Norma Jean Hotopp, 92, of Huber Heights, formerly of Jamestown, passed away Sunday, March 14, 2021 peacefully at home surrounded by her children and grandson, Christopher Giehl. She was born on May 21, 1928 in Chillicothe the daughter of Virgil and Marie Evans Gearhart. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Richard, her sister, Agnes Streitenberger of Chillicothe and her granddaughter Jean Holloway of Oakwood. She is survived by a brother, Carl Gearhart of Chillicothe and children Jack (Jackie) Webster of Middletown, Dan (Carol) Webster of Xenia, Cathy (Del) Giehl of Huber Heights and Carol (Budd) Edwards of Huber Heights. Eight grandchildren, Jeremy Giehl, Christopher Giehl, Andrea (Bryan) Vest, James Webster, Angela (Kyle) Vantress, Joey (Stephanie) Webster, Tim (Jessica) Webster and Bobby (Diesha) Webster. 16 Great-Grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She also leaves her very special K9 companion Ricky J.  Norma will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Private graveside services will be held by the family at Valley View Memorial Gardens on Monday, March 22 nd 2021 at 2:00

A Celebration of her Life will be held this summer when gatherings will be safer.
