Patricia Marie "Pat" Meeks, 79, of Xenia, passed away Saturday, November 27, 2021, at Trinity of Beavercreek. She was born January 23, 1942, in Madison, Indiana, the daughter of Frank and Ethel Howard Dattilo, Sr. She was a member of St. Brigid Church, worked at Greene Memorial Hospital, and retired from Miami Valley Hospital. She is survived by her children, Suzanne Mossbarger, David K. (Leigh Ann) Meeks, Jr., of Xenia, Scott (Lori) Anger, Jamestown, Kent (Jodi) Anger, Enterprise, AL, and Kenneth A. Meeks, San Francisco, CA, 13 grandchildren, Jonathan (Leah) Meeks, Cincinnati, Matthew Phillip Meeks, Xenia, Nathan Meeks, Xenia, Andrew Anger, Cincinnati, Kristin (Aaron) McClanahan, Xenia, Jacob Mossbarger, Thailand, Jenna (Mark) Viviani, Cleveland, Evan Mossbarger, Xenia, Kaylee Mossbarger, Xenia, Allyson Anger, Destin, FL, and Justin Anger, Enterprise, AL, Lauren Modler, Cody, WY, and Dylan Modler, Athens, great-grandchildren, Ava Mossbarger, Jack Viviani, and Aurora McClanahan, sisters, Marina Cooke and Jeanie Martin, brothers, Frank (Joan) Dattilo, Jr, John (Norita) Dattilo, sister-in-law, Cherie Dattilo, all of Madison, Indiana, by several special nieces and nephews, and by many close friends, including special neighbors, Tom and Ann Kemper and Dave and Sandy Morrison for their help during this difficult time. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, David K. Meek, Sr., on August 26, 2018, by a daughter, Angela K. "Angel" Anger, and by two brothers, Mike Dattilo, and Frederick Dattilo. Pat enjoyed her time at the Xenia Adult Recreation and Services Center (XARSC) as well as spending time with the ladies of her card club. She was a Godly woman who was a friend to all. She will be greatly missed. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10am, Tuesday, December 7, at St. Brigid Church, 312 Fairground Rd., Xenia, with Fr. Andrew Cordonnier officiating. Visitation will be held from 4-7pm Monday at Neeld Funeral Home, 1276 N. Detroit St., Xenia. Burial will be in Valley View Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Xenia FISH Pantry, 774 Cincinnati Ave., Xenia, OH, 45385, or to the Jeremiah Tree, P.O. Box E., Xenia, OH, 45385, in her memory.
