Phillip Kent Randall, 73, of Xenia, passed away Tuesday, November 29, 2016, at his residence. He was born September 16, 1943, in Xenia, Ohio, the son of Paul Richard and Edith E. Muterspaw Randall. He is survived by two sons, Mark A. (Debbie) Randall, Huber Heights, and Kevin K. (Julie) Randall, Xenia, six grandchildren, Matthew A. West, Anthony L. Randall, Alisan P. (John) Saxour, Alexis T. Randall, Jordan M. Mullins, and Nathaniel P. Mullins, two great-grandchildren, Zyler Saxour and Annalyse West, two sisters, Bonnie (Roger) Hall, Dayton, Marsha (Terry) Wiesemann, Xenia, three brothers, Rick Randall and Timothy (Susan) Randall, of Xenia, and Richard (Carole) Randall, Cedarville, by several nieces and nephews, and by many close friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Rita J. (Entsminger) Randall, on January 7, 1993, a sister, Phyllis Gambrel, and by a brother, Ronald E. Randall. Phil will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. Graveside services will be held at 11am, Friday, December 2, at Woodland Cemetery, Xenia, with Rev. Ronald Swiger officiating.
