Phyllis Ann Delaney, 85, passed away Saturday, February 5, 2022, at Ohio Living Mount Pleasant, Monroe, Ohio. She was born on August 2, 1936, in Ross County, Ohio, the daughter of Gouldra and Myrtle Carman Storts. She is survived by her son, Jeffrey (Bonnie), brother, Ray Storts (Victory), sister, Mary Smith and many close family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Lester Delaney, her brother, Wilbur Storts and sister, Nettie Ann Storts. Services will be held at 11 am, Tuesday, February 15, at Neeld Funeral Home, 1276 N. Detroit St., Xenia, OH with Pastor Greg Delaney officiating. Visitation will be held from 10 am Tuesday, until service time. Burial will be in Valley View Memorial Gardens.
