Ralph E. Lee, 83, of Xenia, passed away Thursday, January 13, 2011, at Greene Oaks Health Center. He was born April 20, 1927, in Clinton County, the son of Frank and Louie May Kerns Lee. He was a member of Xenia Grace Chapel and retired as an inspector with Delco Products in 1976. He is survived by two daughters and a son-in-law, Beverly Lee, and Marilyn (Michael) Jacobs, of Xenia, a step-son and daughter-in-law, Lawrence Edward (Dale) Dean, Spring Valley, five grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, two sisters, Imogene Mercer, Wilmington, and Ileen Dean, Florida, a brother and sister-in-law, Don (Sandy) Lee, Xenia, a sister-in-law, Mildred Lee, Xenia, by several nieces and nephews, and many close friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Martha D. (Shaw) on November 3, 2010, and by a brother, James Lee. The family would like to thank the Greene Oaks Health Center staff, Dr. Ronald S. Taylor, and VITAS Hospice for their help during this difficult time. Services will be held at 10am, Thursday, January 20, 2011, at Neeld Funeral Home, 1276 N. Detroit St., Xenia, with Pastor Dan Jordan officiating. Visitation will be held from 6-8pm Wednesday. Burial will be in Valley View Memorial Gardens.
