Rhonna J. Troy, 53, of New Vienna, passed away Tuesday, January 23, 2018, at Kindred Hospital. She was born April 3, 1964, in Xenia, Ohio, the daughter of Dr. Gerald and Lynda (Remer) Troy. She is survived by her close companion, John Hardin, New Vienna, a daughter, Ashley Renee Surber, New Albany, IN, a son, Mitchell (Jackie) Surber, Colorado Springs, CO., six grandchildren, an aunt, Donna Kabakoff of Cincinnati, and uncle and aunt, David and Carol Remer of Florida. She has many cousins from all over the world including Ashley Remer of New Zealand, Matt Remer of Florida, Tracy Weisberger of Israel, and Scott Kabakoff of Cincinnati. She was preceded in death by a sister, Jennifer Diane Troy. Rhonna has many friends who loved her and will miss her.  There will be a private funeral.
