Obituary

Richard E. "Rick" Bull, 74, of Jamestown, passed away Monday, October 5, 2026, at Kettering Medical Center. He was born January 17, 1952, in Beavercreek, Ohio, the son of John and Betty Savage Bull.

He was a graduate of Beavercreek High School, was among the first classes to attend the Greene County Career Center, and was a member of the Ohio Army National Guard. He was the former owner of R.E. Bull Trucking and Excavating and worked for Greene County Parks and Trails for 12 years.

He is survived by his wife, Sara (Parrack) Bull, whom he married December 12, 1980; a brother, Jack Bull; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Rick will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Private services will be held by the family at Caesar Creek Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Greene County Parks and Trails, 635 Dayton-Xenia Rd.,

All family and friends are invited to the Bull house at 1pm, Saturday, October 10, for a pizza party. Please bring a lawn chair and, as Rick would have it, dress casually.
