Steven Bradley Phipps, 56, of Xenia, passed away Saturday, September 25, 2021, at Kindred Hospital, Dayton. He was born March 29, 1965, in Dayton, Ohio, the son of Toy and Barbara Byrd Phipps. He is survived by a sister, Betty Jo Phipps, Xenia, and by many close friends. Private graveside services will be held by the family in Woodland Cemetery, Xenia.
