Teresa L. "Terry" Eakins, 81, of Xenia, passed away Tuesday, February 4, 2025, at Soin Medical Center. She was born August 15, 1943, in Xenia, Ohio, the daughter of Willard and Mabel Fawcett Long. She was a member of Water's Edge Christian Church. She is survived by her husband, William "Bill" Eakins, three daughters, Cindy (Darin) Morris, Amy Hiles, and Cassie (Quentin) Van Bibber, 8 grandchildren, Emily (Dave) Wiseman, Ashley (Gerzahin) Zaragoza, Tori (Jeremy) King, Caleb (Victoria) Morris, Heather Agnew-Lemoine (Robert), Harley Morris, Hailey Van Bibber, Raegan Van Bibber, 11 great-grandchildren, two brothers, Gerald (Patricia) Long, her twin, and Dale (Karen) Long, by several nieces and nephews, and by many close friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, Roger Long, and by a special cousin, Elwood Fawcett. Terry will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Services will be held at 10am, Tuesday, February 11, at Water's Edge Christian Church, Xenia, with Pastor Jay Russell officiating. Visitation will be held from 6-8pm Monday, February 10 at the church.
