Thomas Edwin Beam, 75, of Wilmington, passed away Thursday, September 2, 2021, at Clinton Memorial Hospital. He was born May 2, 1946, in Clinton County, Ohio, the son of Ralph E. and Eleanor A. Wall Beam. He was a 1964 graduate of Clinton Massie High School, was a veteran of the United States Army, serving in the Vietnam War, and received a bachelor's degree at The Ohio State University. He was a lifelong Clinton County farmer, and the owner of Beam Family Farms. He is survived by his wife, Diana (Hess) Beam, children, Michael Thomas (Darelle) Beam, Melissa (Rob) Preston, and Michelle (Jamieson) Pierce, four grandchildren, Kaydence, Khloe, Kayla, and J.T., a brother, Dan (Ruth) Beam, two sisters, Patty Beam, and Dr. Diana Beam, by several nieces and nephews, and by many close friends. Tom will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. Services will be held at 10am, Thursday, September 9, at Neeld Funeral Home, 1276 N. Detroit St., Xenia, with Pastor Michael McCormick officiating. Visitation will be held from 5-8pm Wednesday, at the funeral home. Burial will be In Bellbrook Cemetery.
