Dr. Thomas Eber Reynolds, a native Xenian, passed away at his residence in Venice, Florida on April 2,

2019 at the age of eighty-nine.  He was the son of Dr. Eber Jones Reynolds, grandson of Dr. Eber Reynolds, and brother of Dr. Robert K. Reynolds, all of whom practiced dentistry in Xenia.  Tom graduated from Xenia Central High School in 1947 and The Ohio State University College of Dentistry in 1954, where he was a member of Psi Omega Dental Fraternity.  He served in the U.S. Air Force Dental Corps for several years before establishing his practice in Columbus, Ohio, but later moved to Venice, Florida where he continued practicing until the last year of his life.

Tom was an avid bird hunter and gun collector.  He was well placed at appearances at the Grand American Trap Shoot in Vandalia, Ohio.  Tom also possessed a fine tenor voice and appeared in several productions with the Venice Theater.  His enthusiasm for the Ohio State football team never waned.

Tom was preceded in death by his parents Eber J. and Elizabeth L. Reynolds. He is survived by his sister,

Jane R. Berkeley of Palmyra, Virginia and her children Elizabeth, Jerome, and Timothy, his brother

Robert K. Reynolds and wife Audree of El Paso, Texas and their daughter Kristin Berry and husband, Gary of Ridgeland, Mississippi, his cousins Alicia Lickliter Whitesell and husband Robert of Bradenton, Florida, Samuel Lickliter and wife Regina of Dayton, Ohio, and Robert E. Reynolds and wife Erika of Charlottesville, Virginia.
