William C. "Bill" Donges, 78, of Xenia, passed away Saturday, November 24, 2018, at his residence. He was born February 2, 1940, in Xenia, Ohio, the son of Ralph Henry and Katherine Carlile Donges. He was a lifelong Xenia resident, and was a member of Xenia Eagles Lodge, # 1689. He is survived by five children, Dawna (Michael) Weidel, and Darcie (Cooper) Langdon, of Colorado, Debrah (James) Quirk, Xenia, Dorie (Rich) Phillips, Beavercreek, and David (Norma) Donges, Clewisto, FL, eleven grandchildren, Misty (John) Mann, Charles Myers, Britany (Justin) Guzman, Adlin Langdon, Izzy Weidel and Aiden Weidel, Dixon Phillips and Landon Phillips, William Donges and Katherine Donges, and John Donges, West Point, NY, four great-grandchildren, Peyton, Kylie, Lillie, and Corey, a sister, Nancy (Roger) Redick, Westerville, and brother-in-law, Wilbur "Bill" Sale, Florida, by several nieces and nephews, and by many close friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, and by a sister, JoAnne "Josie" Sale. Bill will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
